Online Transportation Application

Bus applications do not need to be submitted each school year. Only submit this form if there is a change to the school or address, or if the student is new. Applications submitted by August 11, 2024 will be processed for the first day of school. Applications submitted after this deadline may not be processed until mid-September.

Transportation will only be processed for addresses that meet the eligibility requirements:

This form can only be used for students enrolled in regular or French immersion programs that are within the school’s boundary. Students with special needs, students attending elective learning programs outside their home school, or students in special circumstances need to submit specialized forms to the school. You can find these forms at triboard.ca/forms.

NOTE: Only one form will be held on file per student, per school year. New submissions will override existing applications unless the start date is for the following school year. Please include ALL addresses (new and existing) requiring transportation in one form. This includes alternate addresses for split custody or daycare.

Transportation Application Deadline for 2024-2025 is August 11

If your student currently has school bus transportation and there is no change to their school or address in September you do not need to take any action or reapply.  However, if you have a student for the 2024-2025 school year that:
