Bus Status Alert Subscription Issue

Tri-Board is aware of an issue with the email subscriptions for bus status alerts impacting the flow of alerts to some families:

A recent update with our bus status alert system removed subscriptions for anyone who signed up for alerts by bus number. This means those subscribers would not have received their bus status alerts. Subscribers who signed up for alerts by student have not been affected.

Subscribers can now log into their account and re-add subscriptions. We strongly recommend signing up for alerts by student instead of by bus. You will need your student(s) Ontario Education Number (OEN) found on their report card.

We are working with BusPlanner to resolve this issue and hope to reinstate all missing subscriptions. We apologies for any inconvenience this has caused.

Alerts can be found online and on Twitter @BusDelaysNCancel. As far as we know, the BusPlanner mobile app has been unaffected.

Application Weekly Deadline

Transportation applications received by 12pm on Wednesday will be effective the following Monday (or Tuesday, if Monday is a holiday).  Transportation information for the following Monday is published in our Student Portal  after Thursday at 12pm. Please check the Student Portal after 12pm on Thursday for your updated transportation information.
